Slipper Materials

Our slippers are made in India in a factory, which holds a Sedex Audit (Supplier Members Ethical Data exchange). All our slippers are made from local natural leathers and suedes. They are dyed using vegetable dyes, then tanned and finished. For our metallic slippers we use an innovative process of heat-bonding metallic foils onto the leather to create a stunning finish. The slippers are made by artisans who pride themselves on their skills at creating beautiful footwear.

I make the slipper bags in the loft, either from 100% silk or 100% cotton, and are tied with sumptuous satin ribbon made from 100% recycled plastic bottles.

Delivery and Returns

Shipping

Standard UK delivery is 3-5 working days. Free shipping applies to UK only orders over £100. Orders below £100 incur a standard delivery charge of £4.50. Orders from the EU incur a £25 delivery charge. All other International orders incur a £35 delivery charge.

Upon dispatch of your order you will receive a shipment confirmation email and a tracking number. Customers can track their orders at any time online with the tracking number.

If your parcel is being delivered outside of the UK you may be liable to Custom Duty and Local Taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and not Lazy Loft.

Returns

Customer Satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order if you are not satisfied then we will offer a full refund if you return your item within 28 days of receipt.

All products should be returned to us in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and with the original packaging provided. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear and do not meet the criteria mentioned previously.

Once a packaged item has been returned please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.

Refunds will only be processed on receipt of the returns.

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place another order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy.
